A slow, grounding yoga flow designed to help your group fully unwind. Think gentle movement, deep breathwork, and a restorative sound bath to leave everyone feeling calm, clear, and reset.

Guided movement session (yoga or mat Pilates)

$35 per person (with $225 minimum)
The Sculpt (Pilates + Sound Bath)
An energizing, feel-good mat Pilates flow that gets your group moving and laughing. All-levels friendly! Expect an approachable low-impact workout followed by a grounding sound bath to balance it all out.
Best for: a burst of energy, breaking a sweat, upbeat vibes

We are grateful to celebrate any special occasion (or just a fun wellness day with friends) alongside you! Some common bookings include: employee wellness, team building, day-of wedding relaxation, bachelorettes, birthdays, baby/bridal showers, & much more! We'd love to team up with you to customize your experience accordingly.

We bring everything to you.. wherever that is! (AirBNBs, homes, a park, etc.) Nothing needed- we want to make this a truly relaxing experience so we provide mats & any necessary props, tools, etc. We just ask that you have a space large enough to accommodate your group size. Happy to help move any furniture if needed!

There is a non-refundable $100 deposit upon booking that goes towards the final cost. The remaining balance will be added charged to the card on file after your appointment. Gratuity is always appreciated!

Our teachers have extensive experience & training in various types of yoga. Our more dynamic class option is typically vinyasa style or a peak-pose build. Upon request, we can add in partner poses too! Our slower paced class includes lengthier holds & gentle movements to deepen stretches & invite restoration.

Absolutely! Our teachers are trained to offer accommodations so the practice feels accessible to each member of your group. Beginners are more than welcome!
